An Early Valentine's Day Present...

Again another case of Robert being so excited that he could keep it until Valentine's Day and plus I guess he ordered it and it came in about 3 weeks earlier than expected.  A week ago this past Friday, Robert called to let me know that he was on his way home and that he had a surprise for me.  So when he got home he told me he wasn't going to wrap it since all we had was Christmas paper so I said I would at least close my eyes and when I opened them I was totally surprised!!  We had talked about this camera a few times but I did not feel like I was ready to upgrade.  Robert felt differently!  He upgraded me to a semi-professional camera a Nikon D7000.  It is amazing and I cannot wait to post some pictures from it!  One-step at a time!  I want to get all of my older stuff posted before I start posting my new stuff!  It has been fun to look back and see how much my photography skills have developed and improved over the past year and I cannot wait to see how much I improve this upcoming year!
